Codec Purchases: If you are not satisfied with any CoreCodec software purchased directly from CoreCodec, Inc., contact us within 3 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 3 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

CorePlayer Purchases: Android Market purchase for CorePlayer are only allowed for 15 minutes from the time of purchase.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any CoreCodec, Inc. software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license for. CoreCodec, Inc. reserves the right to disable any Account, product keys and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.

In regards to third party resellers like Android Market, WP7, Nokia Store, etc.: Our refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from CoreCodec, Inc., if your software was purchased through any 3rd party or reseller, it must be returned to that 3rd party or reseller, which may in turn be subject to different return policies other than ours.
